Salomon Real Estate Group, LLC (SREG) is an operating company based in Atlanta, Georgia providing professional services needed to “add value” to retail real estate through the development of credit shopping centers, Build–To-Suits and repositioning of existing assets. SREG draws on over 50 years of experience in retail real estate. The company’s objectives are based on building strong long term relationships with credit retail tenants that focus on ground up or re-development in the Southeast, United States. SREG seeks to service retail clients by creating well positioned store locations while using its expertise to build quality retail developments tailored to our clients unique needs simultaneously keeping occupancy costs as low as possible. The operations of the company are rooted in various skill sets of its team members, the understanding of all facets of retail real estate, relationships, transparency, creativity and commitment to excellence. As the founding member of Salomon Real Estate Group, Andy brings 25 years of knowledge in the retail real estate industry. He has experience in development, site selection, tenant representation, leasing, property management and disposition. He is responsible for the short and long term strategy of the company and oversees tenant relations, project design, marketing and equity and debt placement. Prior to starting his own development company Andy was the lead partner responsible for leasing at The Shopping Center Group, LLC, and a Vice President at CB Richard Ellis. He has a bachelor degree in Business Administration, with an emphasis in marketing from the University of Florida. Andy’s son Jacob goes to the University of Georgia and his daughter Leah goes to Indiana University. While away from the office he enjoys golf and working out.

Bryan Fields is an independent real estate investor and developer. From 1984 to 2002, Mr. Fields was with Home Depot’s real estate department. During his time at the company, Home Depot’s store count increased from 19 stores to 1300. Following his Home Depot career, Bryan was a founding member of Millennium Retail Partners, a retail real estate consultancy. He developed CB Square Shopping Center in Jacksonville, FL anchored by Circuit City and Bed, Bath and Beyond and with partners developed Lake City Commons (Publix Grocery) and South Harbor Shopping Center (Kohls and Petsmart). Currently, his primary focus is on deploying capital to real estate investments through Fields Family Ventures. Bryan previously served on the boards of Midtown Bank and then First Landmark Bank where he was a member of the Executive Committee and the Loan Committee. Previous non-profit roles include President of Davis Academy School, Board Member of the Marcus Jewish Community Center where he chaired the facilities committee, and VP of Atlanta Jewish Federation. He is currently on the Board of the Ansley Park Civic Association where he serves as Treasurer. Bryan resides in Ansley Park, Atlanta with his wife Barbara. Mr. Fields earned a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.

Michael Kuniansky grew up in the Real Estate business as his family owns and operates MK Management Company, with a current industrial Real Estate portfolio of 30+ properties. In 2009, Michael joined Skyline Seven Real Estate as a Vice President where he helped start the companies 3rd Party Leasing and Management services. Joining Salomon Real Estate Group in October 2013 as Development Manager, Michael’s primary focus’ include financial analysis, due diligence, lease negotiation and day-to-day operation of the company. Michael has a Bachelors Degree from the University of Texas and is a licensed real estate agent in the state of Georgia. In his spare time, Michael enjoys spending time with his wife Lindsey and sons: Max (7), Austin (5), and Reid (4), as well as playing sports including basketball, golf and Ultimate Frisbee.

Sean Yi is a graduate of Georgia Institute of Technology and brings over 20 plus years of ground-up retail development and construction experience. Sean started in commercial real estate as a Director of Architecture & Planning with Isakson Barnhart Development Co. overseeing project executions of Target anchored retail centers totaling approximately 2.5 million square feet. Most recently, Sean held project management executive roles at RCG Ventures, LLC and Regency Centers handling their TI and capital improvement construction efforts over their national & regional portfolio. He was instrumental in very first Wegman’s and Publix Greenwise ground-up projects in the southeast region of US. Now with Salomon Real Estate Group, Sean focuses on design, entitlements, TI coordination, budgeting & scheduling, project & construction management efforts in all new retail center developments . Sean lives in Suwanee with his wife and two teenage boys and enjoys working on his 1972 Chevy C10 back to life.
